This semi-sweet wine begins with the best Kangun grapes, harvested slightly over ripe. Lightly pressed, only the purest must is slowly fermented with temperature control. The wine shows a warm yellow-amber color in the glass with lovely viscosity. Aromas of ripe apricot, pineapple, prunes, and hazelnut are matched with a fresh and balanced brew of ripe red apples and light tannins on the palate, enhancing the tasting experience.
This wine may be enjoyed as an aperitif, matched with fresh fruit at the end of a meal, or paired with pastries and cookies of almonds or fruit.
