Armenia pomegranate wine sweet
HARVEST DATE: Early October, November
PREPARATION: We harvest the best red pomegranates from the Meghri region. Pomegranate juice (50%) and grape juice (50%) are mixed and then fermented. Two weeks of alcoholic fermentation at a temperature between 26°C and 28°C in stainless steel tanks.
TASTING NOTES: This pomegranate wine has a garnet hue and a unique bouquet of rich pomegranate and berry flavors. Medium body, sweet taste and refreshing aftertaste.
WINE PAIRING: Chicken, cheese and desserts.
