CLIMATE: Continental climate. Vineyards are located at an altitude of 1000 - 1200 meters above sea level.

PREPARATION: manual harvest. Two weeks of alcoholic fermentation at a temperature between 26 ° C and 28 ° C in stainless steel tanks and two weeks of maceration.
TASTING NOTES: This juicy and flavorful wine has a garnet hue. Nose reveals notes of red berries and plums, mouth is balanced and delicate.
FOOD PAIRING: Ideal for meat, chicken and cheese, as well as wine for all meals.
