PREPARATION: manual harvest. Two weeks of alcoholic fermentation at a temperature between 26 ° C and 28 ° C in stainless steel tanks and two weeks of maceration.
TASTING NOTES: This juicy and flavorful wine has a garnet hue. Nose reveals notes of red berries and plums, mouth is balanced and delicate.
