This variety is produced from the Voskehat grape variety. Voskehat means “golden grape” in Armenian. It is cultivated in mountainous valleys at an altitude of 1,200 meters above sea level in the Aghavnadzor vineyards of the Vayots Dzor region.
The wine has a light straw color and a golden shade. It has a soft aroma of alpine flowers, a fresh and harmonious taste of high but very pleasant acidity, with an elegant long-lasting aftertaste of beeswax.
