Yerevan Pomegranate wine

HARVEST DATE: Early October, November

WINEMAKING: We harvest the best white pomegranates from Meghri region. Pomegranate juice (70%) and grape juice (30%) are blended then fermented. Two weeks of alcoholic fermentation at the temperature between 26°C to 28°C in stainless steel tanks.

TASTING NOTES: This garnet color pomegranate wine is distinguished with a unique bouquet of rich pomegranate and berry aromas and an expressive fresh flavor (pomegranate, red berries, cherry).

FOOD PAIRING: Ideal with cheeses, meats, spicy dishes and dessert.
